With the continuous development of economic globalization and high-speed railways,in today’s new era of knowledge,technology and economic revitalization,material resources are gradually being replaced by human resources,and the development of enterprises is gradually shifting from relying on materials to relying on human resources.Therefore,recruitment has gradually become an important part of enterprise human resource management,and it has also become the general trend of today’s modern enterprise management mode.For college students about to leave school,the reason why employers prefer to choose them is that they,as fledgling college students,have more positive,active and fearless energy.This energy has more advantages for the follow-up training,training,selection and management of employers.However,looking at the recruitment market in modern society,most employers still continue to adopt more traditional and single recruitment methods,such as simple interview,single written examination question and answer,etc.This recruitment method not only does not make use of the unique advantages of graduates,but also increases the human and capital consumption of employers in recruitment.In this paper,China Railway S Group Corporation is taken as the research object of the paper,and a series of relevant investigation methods are used to conduct reasonable and scientific research and investigation on the recruitment and selection of fresh graduates of S Group Corporation,so as to improve the ability level of recruitment management of S Group Corporation and build a set of recruitment workflow suitable for the development of S Group Corporation,And through perfect safeguard measures to consolidate,ensure the real implementation of various measures.Firstly,this paper briefly expounds the background and significance of the research,and excavates the specific research content of this paper by summarizing the theoretical achievements of Chinese academic experts and the employment of graduates by employing enterprises in recent years.After summarizing and studying the relevant recruitment theories,this paper integrates the recruitment status of s group company,and further summarizes and analyzes the current situation of each link in the recruitment process of the enterprise.Secondly,starting from examples,this paper briefly expounds and analyzes the enterprise development,basic human resources,recruitment and employment of s group company.For example,introduce the existing two recruitment links of social recruitment and school recruitment,understand and summarize the problems and cause analysis of existing recruitment links through simple questionnaires and interviews.So as to try to clarify the outstanding problems and causes of s group company in the recruitment of fresh college graduates.After that,a series of questionnaires will be constructed one by one.Thirdly,based on the quality model of general and job competency of fresh students,the existing recruitment system is reasonably optimized.Based on job competency,the job description and job application form are effectively designed through scientific job analysis.Finally,reasonably optimize the recruitment and selection methods of fresh graduates,make effective selection of fresh graduates through effective interview methods,conduct corresponding business training for interviewers in recruitment,enhance the overall quality of the interview team,and carry out efficient measurement from the four dimensions of recruitment quality,completion efficiency,cost and employment.Moreover,in the analysis process,the analysis is carried out from the four dimensions of system,capital,personnel and culture,so as to provide an all-round guarantee for the effective operation of the competency model optimization system. |
