As a new construction method,prefabricated building has been supported by a series of policies of the state,provinces and cities.As the basic building materials of prefabricated buildings,the production scheduling of prefabricated components is closely related to the construction progress of the project.China’s prefabricated buildings started late,and the production standardization of prefabricated components is low.Compared with the traditional manufacturing industry,the production process of prefabricated components is more unique and complex,and it needs to match the project construction progress for multiple deliveries.The delivery of components is not synchronized with the construction progress,which will lead to the waste of resources and rising cost of both parties.And affected by many factors such as construction conditions,design changes,weather and so on,the change of project construction progress occurs from time to time,which affects the delivery time of components.Therefore,how to arrange the production of prefabricated components according to the construction progress of the project and how to adjust and optimize the production of prefabricated components when the construction progress changes are urgent problems for component manufacturers and constructors.Based on the above background,this paper studies the production optimization of prefabricated components from the perspective of component manufacturers,considering the construction progress of prefabricated buildings.Firstly,starting with the analysis of the production characteristics of prefabricated components,this paper explores the correlation between the construction progress and the production of prefabricated components,and proves that the construction progress will directly affect the production and delivery of prefabricated components.On this basis,this paper puts forward the component production planning and scheduling scheme based on the construction progress,and analyzes the impact of the change of construction progress on the production planning and scheduling of prefabricated components.Secondly,considering the constant construction progress,taking the optimization of total production cost as the goal of the upper level plan and the optimization of production resources as the goal of the lower level scheduling,this paper constructs a bilevel programming model for production planning and scheduling of prefabricated components,and the components are produced in batches.By designing PSO-GA hybrid algorithm,the bilevel programming model is solved.Through the alternating iteration of the results of upper level planning and lower level scheduling,the coordination between planning and scheduling is carried out to determine the optimal production scheme.Thirdly,considering the change of construction progress,this paper analyzes the optimization method and objective of component production adjustment,and makes production adjustment decision by evaluating the construction progress and changing the disturbance degree.Based on the production adjustment and optimization and the stability of production system,this paper constructs the production plan adjustment and rescheduling optimization model.The rescheduling strategy is selected according to the production plan adjustment and idle capacity,and the local rescheduling model and complete rescheduling model are constructed respectively.The model is solved by PSO-GA hybrid algorithm to determine the optimal production scheme after adjustment and optimization.Finally,through the example analysis,the production optimization model under the same construction progress and the production adjustment optimization model under the change of construction progress are solved respectively.The effectiveness of the model is verified by analyzing the effect of the model.It is proved that the model can optimize the production of prefabricated components,effectively reduce the production cost and improve the flexible production capacity of enterprises.There are 39 figures,25 tables and 96 references in this paper.
