PC components are the basis of the main structure of prefabricated buildings,and the production of high-efficiency and high-standard PC components will effectively promote the development and innovation of the construction industry.In order to improve the intelligent and digital level of PC component production,this thesis takes the optimization of the PC component production process as the research object,completes the layout design of the PC component production line,establishes a production scheduling module in the digital twin environment,and realizes the production scheduling of the opposing mold process.optimized design;By building the overall structure of the PC-MES system,the information management of the PC component production line is realized.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The production of PC components is mainly carried out in the mode of mold table circulation.In view of the shutdown problem of the production line caused by the time-consuming cleaning of the mold table,a folding-line production method is proposed to complete the layout design.Based on the analysis of the technological process data of the production process,the simulation model of the PC component production line is constructed by using the Plant Simulation software,and the operation of the production system model is realized through the setting of the production parameters,the method control and the definition of the simulation object;The optimized configuration of the number of each station,combined with the equipment utilization rate,waiting rate,failure rate and blocking rate indicators of each station,has completed the optimization of the number of mold tables in circulation and the process flow.(2)Establish a production scheduling module in the digital twin environment to provide technical solutions for the optimal design of PC component production scheduling.Complete the construction of the physical entity and twin model of the production scheduling module,adopt two attitude corrections for the production scheduling process to ensure the accurate placement of the side molds,define the twin model of the mold placement process based on the digital twin five-dimensional model,and pass the digital twin model and physical equipment.It can effectively solve the problems of difficult integration of physical space and information space and block flow of mold table.(3)In order to improve the utilization rate of the die table area and reduce the influence of the "bottleneck" phenomenon of the maintenance process on the production efficiency,the basic idea of two-dimensional layout is used to analyze the optimization problem of PC component production scheduling,and the prefabricated components are arranged based on the dynamic matching minimum horizontal line method.A production design is used to evaluate the best choice for placing sequences through a fit function.Based on the genetic simulated annealing algorithm,the optimization design of PC component production scheduling is completed.The global search speed is controlled by adaptive crossover and mutation.The simulated annealing algorithm is used to improve the local search effect.(4)According to the characteristics of the PC component production line,the requirements of the PC-MES system are analyzed,the PC-MES system architecture based on B/S is designed,and the PC-MES system development is completed under the PHP framework by combining HTML5,Java Script,CSS and j Query technologies.Through the analysis of the system function modules,My SQL database was selected to complete the design of the data structure table,and the PC-MES system function modules were divided into static information modules and dynamic information modules,realizing the information management and control of the PC component production line.To sum up,in view of the bottleneck problem in the production of PC components,this thesis based on the simulation model of the PC component production line built,integrated Plant simulation simulation,digital twin,genetic simulated annealing algorithm,MES system and other methods to solve the information exchange and the production line.The optimization problem of side die production scheduling provides ideas and references for the optimization of the production process of PC components.
