In the new era,population aging is an important trend of social development and a difficult problem to be solved urgently.With the increasing improvement of living standards and the continuous deterioration of the ecological environment,the elderly in China pay more attention to "pension" and "health" and other keywords.Therefore,the standard of healthy pension has higher pursuit and expectation than before.In order to promote the high-quality development of elderly care services,it is necessary to comprehensively carry out the combination of medical and nursing care and medical support,which is the general trend and imperative."combination of medical treatment and endowment " is a new and innovative pension mode that covers medical care,health care and elderly care,and a new leapfrog pension concept that integrates products and services.While exploring construction type "combination of medical treatment and endowment " ecological endowment space in the process,in addition to to delve into the relationship between the health and pension,also should pay attention to the construction environment space design technique and can reflect the medical care of efficient,to achieve "health + ecological pension" model of healthy development.This thesis starts from the research of ecological endowment under the background of the combination of medical care and nursing care.Through literature research method,field investigation method,design practice method and other research methods,this thesis investigates and sorts out its background and research status at home and abroad.This thesis analyzes the current situation and limitations of China’s pension,defines the definition of relevant theories,physiological and psychological behavior characteristics of the elderly,and explores the relevant design concepts and practice path.On the premise of a comprehensive analysis of the regional characteristics,development environment and current situation,and the particularity of pension space of Dongkema Village Chinese Herbal Medicine Garden in Jinan city,the problems found in the survey are targeted at the self-care elderly as the research object,and the primary goal is to meet the dual needs of "pension + medical care".Suggestions were put forward for the development and design of the elderly care industry from the perspectives of diagnosis and treatment resource allocation,spatial planning,functional organization principles(diagnosis andcare room,elderly living space,design for aging,etc.),the construction of medical and nursing buildings and the shaping of external environment.The design concept is based on the commonness of the combination of old-age care space and traditional Chinese medicine,attached to the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine culture,focusing on health care,leisure and health,with inherent identification value,and trying to create a old-age care activity place bearing urban and rural life and ecological memory.It provides theoretical research basis for the "ecological endowment" under the background of the combination of medical care and elderly care,and provides a feasible reference for the adaptability study of the "medical and elderly care" ecological endowment space in Jinan at present and in the future.
