Study On The Design Of Community Care Facilities For The Elderly Under The Guidance Of Medical-Nursing

In recent years,the aging phenomenon is increasingly serious in our society.In order to enable the aged to live out their life in retirement in a familiar community environment and to alleviate the pressure of the social endowment community elder care facilities are developing rapidly and intensively.Among them,the elderly suffering from chronic diseases and physical function recession are the population in need of such facilities.Their children cannot provide professional medical care once the demand beyond their children's abilities.Under the guidance of medical and nursing integration,a large number of community elderly care facilities have been built in order to meet the medical and nursing needs of this kind of elderly people.At the same time,the medical rehabilitation function of facilities has been gradually attached importance to in relevant specifications in our country.However during the actual investigation,many problems were found.For instance many of the medical rehabilitation functions of such facilities were idle,the design of suitable aging was not given sufficient consideration and other issues.The combination of medical treatment and nursing did not fully exert the expected advantages.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the study of medical rehabilitation of community care facilities and discusses how to enable the medical rehabilitation space of the elderly care facilities to meet the needs of users through more efficient and elderlyoriented design and promote it to combine with infrastructure endowment functions fully to provide better medical rehabilitation services for the elderly in the community.Through literature research,actual research,case analysis and other methods,the author further studies the medical rehabilitation function configuration and space design in such facilities and summarizes and analyzes the needs of the elderly and medical staff for space use,and proposes the design key points of the integration of medical care and nursing of related medical rehabilitation functional space.First of all,the author determines the research range of this paper through studying relevant literature and combing related research of both domestic and abroad.Secondly,it sorts out the general situation of the development of medical rehabilitation function of the elderly care facilities in the United States and Japan,and summarizes the advanced experience of space design.Then,we conduct on-the-spot investigations on such facilities in China,sum up the existing problems in the design and use of such facilities,and analyze the representative cases in depth.Then,the author takes the medical rehabilitation needs of the elderly and the workflow of the medical staff as the clues,and classifies the medical rehabilitation functions into two types: “integrated” and “radiation”,and summarizes the service channels and functional positioning of the medical rehabilitation function and explore the functional configuration,the design points of the relevant space.Finally,the author applies the design points proposed in this paper to the actual project,deepens the design of the medical rehabilitation function space of the facility,and makes it efficiently combine with the endowment functions of facilities to provide better medical services for the elderly and reflect on and summarize the research results.
