Study On Protection And Reuse Of Industrial Heritage In Tangshan City

Tangshan is one of the key industrial cities in China,and there are many industrial heritages with strong industrial culture in the course of industrial development.How to protect and utilize these industrial areas under the background of urban transformation is an urgent problem that needs to be considered.At present,most of the researches on tangshan industrial heritage are focused on individual cases,but there are still few researches on the protection and reuse of industrial heritage based on the holistic view of the city and the value evaluation of industrial heritage.Therefore,from the perspective of the overall view of the city,this paper establishes the evaluation system of industrial heritage value and studies the protection and reuse methods of Tangshan industrial heritage based on the protection classification,which is of great significance to the continuation of industrial context and the shaping of urban characteristics.Based on the existing research results on the protection and reuse of industrial heritage at home and abroad,combined with the historical context of tangshan’s industrial history development,and through field research and data collection,this paper summarizes the causes,current characteristics,problems and contradictions of Tangshan’s industrial heritage.The most important problem for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage is to define the value composition for specific protection.The author according to the guidelines for the Chinese industrial heritage value evaluation of the theoretical basis and the present situation of the tangshan industrial heritage foundation,with analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to construct tangshan industrial heritage value evaluation system,using the questionnaire on different types of industrial heritage value evaluation and grading,and according to the protection of the evaluation results to determine reasonable level.Based on the establishment of tangshan industrial heritage value evaluation system and the determination of four-level protection gradient,the protection and utilization measures for different levels of industrial heritage,such as overall protection,protection and utilization,renewal and reconstruction,and demolition and reconstruction,were put forward from the perspective of the city as a whole,and various reuse modes of Tangshan were summarized.Including reuse for industrial cultural creative park,open space,commercial space and other ways,make the industrial heritage and modern industry,effectively integrated into the urban development of Tangshan.Finally,the paper takes Qixin 1889 Creative Industrial Park in Tangshan as an example to conduct empirical research,and analyzes it from multiple perspectives such as value evaluation,spatial planning,industrial building protection and spatial landscape construction,providing practical value for the protection and reuse of tangshan industrial heritage.Tangshan industrial heritage has a good value of protection and reuse.The author for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in tangshan city,put forward the comparatively systematic research model,for other urban industrial heritage value evaluation,protection and reuse way of exploration,provides the beneficial reference to guide more people to the correct understanding and the understanding of industrial heritage is the real meaning and value,let valuable industrial heritage in our country can get more attention and better protection,So as to retain the "industrial memory" of urban development.
