Research On General Investigation, Protection And Untilization Of Industrial Heritage In Jilin Province

The industrial revolution has made important contributions to the development of the human society.China is still in the middle of industrialization,but the overall economic and social structure has been subject to obvious changes with industrial restructuring,so that the industrial heritage with important historical,cultural,social,aesthetic and economic value is disappearing in the cities rapidly.Under the situation of rapid transformation and drastic change,how to properly protect and reuse more industrial buildings has become a new important urgent topic in the career of China's cultural heritage protection.As one of important provinces in northeast China old industrial base,Jilin Province developed early and fast in terms of modern industrialization level in China.From the industrial and mining enterprises in Jilin province invested by great powers in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,the northeast China old industrial base was basically constructed fully till 1965 after national industrial development under the rule of Fengxi Group,colonial industrial deformed expansion before and after the "September 18th" incident and the Soviet Union's aids during the“first Five-Year Plan”.After a hundred years of development,Jilin has a lot of industrial heritage with distinct regional characteristics,complete industrial types and imprint of times.On the basis of relevant concepts and theoretical research,this paper first briefly reviews the general situation of industrial development in Jilin province based on the general investigation and registration of industrial heritage in Jilin Province,summarizes its historical background and development history,analyzes the components and basic features,evaluates and classifies the value,constructs the evaluation system,studies the protection strategy and development model of theindustrial heritage in Jilin Province by reference to the experience and theory of successful domestic and foreign transformation cases and finally constructs the system of protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Jilin Province.The existing industrial heritage protection list in modern times in Jilin Province and the detailed list of survey data are attached in the appendix to make the researchers understand the overall situation of industrial heritage in Jilin Province and to provide reference for further investigation in the future.The research on the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Jilin Province will be conductive to improving the recognition of industrial heritage value,endowing new connotation and functions of the industrial heritage,perfectly protecting the industrial heritage through scientific resource allocation and promoting sustainable development of the society and culture.It is of great significance for future regional development,transformation mode and reflection of industrial historical and cultural value.
