| At present,in the process quality management of assembly construction process,there are few systematic evaluation management system,and the lack of scientific information management tools,resulting in rework events in the process of assembly construction at present.Based on the above situation,this paper adopts fuzzy fault tree theory and Bayesian network reasoning method to systematically analyze and study the rework events in the assembly construction process.Firstly,refer to a large number of literatures about process rework in the prefabricated construction process,define the concept of process rework in the process,and analyze its characteristics and manifestations;Secondly,based on system thinking and TQM theory,8 common factors were extracted through factor analysis on the basis of basic research methods such as literature analysis,expert interview and questionnaire survey,and the cause system of assembly process rework events was preliminarily determined.Then,the fuzzy theory is introduced into the fault tree,the probability of the basic events is quantified,and the Bayesian network topology is mapped.The cluster tree algorithm is used to simplify the acquisition of Bayesian conditional probability,and the process rework event analysis model of FFTA-BN assembly construction process is constructed.The forward inference calculation and reverse diagnostic inference of Bayesian network were carried out to identify sensitivity factors,and some key causes were optimized according to Pareto’s rule,and targeted avoidance measures were proposed.This model can more comprehensive analysis of the relationship between various influencing factors,to adapt to the different characteristics with the purpose,the exclusive system established in accordance with different project,thus the reasoning function of Bayesian network inference method,dynamic prediction probability of occurrence of events,and through the bidirectional reasoning diagnosis to identify factors on the impact of the incident;Finally,the model is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.The cause analysis model of rework events in prefabricated construction process determined in this paper is helpful to promote the application of intelligent discrimination and intelligent optimization methods in the construction process,and enrich the theory and method system of process quality management in the construction process.The rework event management system proposed in this paper has good application value for preventing the rework event and promoting the rational and efficient management of prefabricated buildings. |
