| Urbanization process is accelerating,industrial industry has become the direction of vigorous development nowadays,and more and more industrial plants appear in front of people.For each industrial plant project,the project cost is the focus of attention of all parties,and its distinctive feature is that there are many influencing factors and it is difficult to control,which causes the phenomenon of "three super" to exist commonly.Therefore,how to effectively control the cost of industrial plant projects is a popular area of concern for engineers and many scholars and researchers over the years.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation of research on engineering cost management,engineering cost influencing factors and gray correlation analysis model at home and abroad by reviewing and analyzing relevant literature,and systematically analyzes the characteristics,composition and pricing mode of engineering cost and introduces the basic theory of gray correlation;then,combining with the actual situation of X industrial plant project,we construct a gray correlation analysis model by comparing the relationship between its cost increase and various factors.Then,by comparing the relationship between the cost increase and various factors,we constructed the gray correlation analysis model;then,we analyzed X industrial plant project as an example and divided it into two parts:firstly,from the perspective of the project’s itemized project cost,we calculated through the gray correlation model and determined that the concrete and reinforced concrete project was the biggest factor affecting the itemized project cost of the industrial plant project;secondly,by comparing the project’s budget and settlement information,we analyzed Secondly,through the comparison of the project budget and settlement information,we analyzed the specific reasons why the settlement cost exceeded the budget cost,classified the specific reasons,and determined that design changes and engineering visas were the two most important factors affecting the project cost in the construction stage through the calculation of gray correlation model.After the model calculations,suggestions were made for the control measures of the project cost based on the calculation data and practical experience of the X industrial plant project,so that the factors with greater influence can be controlled before the construction of future construction projects,thus improving the efficiency of the project cost management and providing a more practical research result for future construction projects. |
