| The rural revitalization strategy is an important decision and deployment made by the 19 th CPC National Congress.In recent years,China has issued relevant policies and measures for the development and construction of rural areas,such as "New rural construction","Rural revitalization","Beautiful rural construction",etc.Governments in many places have cooperated with the development of rural tourism and built special home stay facilities to help revitalize rural areas.At present,the rapid development of rural tourism,rural b&B is also gradually rising,its rise for rural tourism to create a new market,but also for rural revitalization into new vitality.This paper aims to explore the transformation of residential houses under the background of rural revitalization,taking lahao Village,Fenghuang County,Western Hunan as an example.The main body of the study is the transformation of traditional residential buildings,the transformation content is mainly indoor space,annexing the renovation of residential buildings and the external environment.At present,there is a certain contradiction between the traditional residential houses and the modern needs of Lahao village in Fenghuang County.On the one hand,due to the unstable economic income in rural areas,a large number of rural labor force flow to cities,resulting in most of the houses in rural areas without inhabitant,there is a waste of resources;On the other hand,the lack of maintenance and repair of rural houses has safety risks,and the interior space is also difficult to adapt to the needs of modern life.Through the renovation and renewal of residential houses,explore new ways to combine residential houses with b&B,so that the residential houses can be sustainable development.Aiming at the problems above,the author through to the traditional local-style dwelling houses of home stay facility renovation by parsing the local culture,creating characteristic of home stay facility,allow rural home stay facility to better meet the needs of tourists personalized,diversification,promote local culture and promote the development of rural economy,raise residents’ quality of life,let whole home stay facility design is the sublimation of deeper,The author will carry out research on this. |
