| The proposal of the "double carbon" goal has a far-reaching impact on the development of the power industry.At present,due to the characteristics of China’s resource endowment,thermal power generation has become the main form of power generation in China,accounting for more than 70% of its power generation.However,coal based thermal power is also the main force of carbon emissions.China has a long way to go if it realizes carbon neutralization.The proposal of the "double carbon" goal has led to significant changes in the external environment.Power generation enterprises need to re-examine the current internal and external development environment of enterprises,break through the traditional shackles,re plan the development strategy of enterprises,and achieve sustainable high-quality development.HP Energy is a power generation energy enterprise with thermal power,wind power and photovoltaic power stations.Under the current situation,the company faces huge challenges and problems in its development: First,thermal power accounts for 70% of the total and its energy consumption is on the high side,which is obviously constrained by carbon emission policies;Second,although the company’s new energy business started early,it lacks sustainable development,low market share and weak competitive advantage;Third,in the case of soaring coal prices and not rising electricity prices,HP’s costs are upside down,and its business has suffered losses;Superimposed by the above multiple factors,the company’s current development is facing heavy resistance,the profit margin is decreasing year by year,and the development strategy needs to be readjusted.In this context,this paper takes HP Company as the research object,combines the relevant research theories of strategic management,uses relevant tools,and analyzes the internal and external environment in depth to summarize its external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses.Taking SWOT analysis method,Mc Kinsey matrix and other strategic analysis tools,combining with the actual situation of the enterprise,the enterprise business units are analyzed one by one,and the development strategy of the company is formulated and selected.Finally,the conclusion of HP Energy’s concentric and diversified development strategy is drawn: stabilize the existing thermal power business,develop new energy beyond the normal range,and actively promote the R&D and demonstration of wind,water,fire and storage integration technology,Provide users with comprehensive energy solutions based on the market,and build a new business portfolio with new energy as the main body.It also plans a feasible strategic implementation plan,path and workflow to improve HP’s enterprise competitiveness under the "dual carbon" background.In addition,it also put forward the slogan of building a comprehensive service provider of clean and low-carbon energy for HP Energy for the first time.In order to ensure the smooth completion of the company’s strategic objectives,the issue of "where money comes from and where people go" was analyzed and studied,and a series of safeguard measures were proposed,such as fund raising,optimization of organizational structure,refined management,building a characteristic corporate culture and human resource management. |
