With the development of the new era economy,China’s transportation infrastructure construction has accelerated,especially the construction of highways and tunnels,which has made important contributions to driving regional economic development and improving people’s lives.However,due to the extremely complex factors of tunnel construction,such as hydrology,geology,and environment,there are many construction safety risks.In order to improve the safety of highway tunnel construction,ensure the safety production of tunnel construction,and prevent the occurrence of major risk hazards,this study takes highway tunnel construction as the research object and uses multiple methods such as literature research,theoretical analysis,experience induction and summary,qualitative and quantitative analysis to construct a tunnel construction safety risk evaluation model.The model is comprehensively evaluated and verified through specific construction cases,and its scientificity,systematicness and feasibility have been verified.In summary,this study evaluates the safety of highway tunnel construction through various methods,aiming to improve the safety of construction,prevent safety accidents,and provide theoretical and practical support for the construction of highway tunnels.This paper introduces specific accident cases that have occurred during tunnel construction in recent years,and introduces the research background and significance of the safety risks of highway tunnel construction through theoretical research.Combining the research results of domestic and foreign experts,a theoretical overview of the safety risks of highway tunnel construction is summarized,including the meaning and elements of safety risks,the methods of safety risk identification and evaluation,which constitute the theoretical basis of this research.Based on theoretical research,this paper takes the Baojiashan Tunnel of Xikang Expressway as a case study,analyzes its basic situation,geological conditions,and hydrological conditions.The expert survey method is comprehensively used to analyze the safety risk factors of highway tunnel construction in Baojiashan Tunnel of Xikang Expressway,and a risk evaluation system is constructed from five primary indicators of personnel,equipment,environment,management,and economy,and 35 secondary indicators.The specific hierarchical analysis method and entropy weight method are combined to calculate the weights of the evaluation indicators,and then the combination weighting method is used to determine the weights of each evaluation indicator.The method combines subjectivity and objectivity to scientifically determine the weights of evaluation indicators.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the results.Based on the results,countermeasures for construction safety risks are proposed from five aspects: personnel,equipment,environment,management,and economy.Finally,the paper concludes.Through this research,it provides reference and inspiration for the management of safety risks in similar tunnel construction projects in the future.
