With the progress of The Times and the rapid development of economy,the traditional railway freight department is facing severe challenges.HRB railway freight marketing center was founded,although after the reform,but there is still not adapt to the development of the market management system.Such problems as work planning deficiencies,inadequate resources integration,weak marketing consciousness,poor market development ability,low information level,single service and lack of service consciousness,and lack of human resources.But the era also contains great development opportunities.The country’s economic growth momentum is full,the railway sector continues to deepen reform.Regional development has shown promising prospects.In this case,HRB freight marketing center urgently needs to seize the opportunity,summarize its own advantages and disadvantages,introduce modern enterprise management concept,and constantly accelerate the transformation of development strategy.This paper analyzes in detail the factors such as policy environment,economic environment,technical environment and cultural environment in which the freight marketing center of HRB Bureau is located,defines the industry environment,and excavates its internal management and other problems.The SWOT analysis method is used to comprehensively examine the strengths,weaknesses,external market opportunities and market threats of the current development.Through analysis,the development strategy is chosen.We will make use of existing resources in safeguarding infrastructure,focus on core business development,and deepen the strategy of professional development.At the same time,we should be good at using advantages to expand diversified development ways.Mainly pay attention to the development of brand operation,innovative development ideas and methods,external establishment of combined transport mechanism,the formation of development alliance.In addition,pay attention to the construction of professional talent team and professional information platform,change the service consciousness,provide customers with differentiated services,build a professional marketing team,and seize market share.In terms of safeguard measures,we should pay attention to system construction,promote modernization level,improve service quality,expand marketing market,and strengthen cooperation and cultural construction.Finally,relying on the development strategy of modern enterprises,the HRB freight marketing center will be built into a modern logistics enterprise.
