China railway group Beijing bureau group co.,ltd.is located in the passenger and cargo transport is the main oversize state-owned enterprises,jurisdiction covers the entire beijing-tianjin-hebei region and shandong,henan,Shanxi Province parts of the region.Since the railways' pricing for passenger traffic is so low that it is not entirely profitable,their profits are almost concentrated on freight.Due to its own characteristics,the current "black goods" transportation is more economical and efficient than the "white goods" transportation,so the "black goods" in the share of railway freight volume occupies an absolute advantage.The leading position of China railway in the transportation industry is in the "declining west mountain".The advent of the Internet era,the emergence of e-commerce is to make the logistics industry began to appear earth-shaking changes.Coupled with the "supply side" reform in recent years,"black goods" transport momentum is weak,"white goods" and express transport is in the forefront of the momentum,and because the railway itself did not adapt to the rapid changes in the market,the market share is gradually a lot of pressure,railway freight business "change" is imminent.Therefore,the freight business development strategy of China railway group Beijing bureau group co.,ltd.has become a topic of great research value,which is also the topic of this paper.This paper firstly expounds the research background and significance of the selected topic,and lists the theoretical tools and research contents that will be used.Then,the theories involved are summarized and the references are reviewed.This paper USES PEST model to analyze the macro environment of the company's freight business,and USES "porter's five forces" model to analyze the domestic logistics industry environment,and classifies and summarizes the competitors in the industry.On the analysis of the company's internal environment,this paper introduces the general situation of the company and the organizational structure of the freight transportation system,analyzes the company's existing freight resources,shows the company's main operating indicators of freight transportation in recent years,and then adopts SWOT model analysis,so as to make a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environmental information and present it.Based on the previous comprehensive analysis of internal and external environment,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the company's freight business,enumerates the discovered problems one by one,and then traces the root causes according to the specific situation of the problems.After identifying the problem and its causes,the company shall make appropriate adjustments to the overall strategy of its freight business.Due to the lack of "door to door" and other parts of the logistics link,it is difficult for logistics enterprises to develop markets other than bulk "black goods" business.Therefore,they begin to implement a series of measures,such as yard transformation,with the aid of vertical integration strategic layout.Respectively in appropriate adjustments "fence" and "heroin" business strategy,select optimized cost leading strategy to the existing freight resources conformity,the transformation of the selected loading bays,and details of strategy formulation,at the same time,aiming at the key function strategy of marketing strategy,human resource strategy and information technology strategy are detailed discussed,eventually improve the strategic implementation and ensuring the necessary means.This paper puts forward the transformation strategy of China railway group Beijing bureau group co.,LTD.8 charts,3 tables,42 references.
