| With the rapid development of science and technology,all industries are vigorously promoting intelligent research.In the field of road construction and maintenance,especially in terms of road marking,at present,it is mainly completed by manual semi-automation,low work efficiency,and the quality of marking is greatly affected by human factors.The main content of this paper is the design of remote monitoring system in the automatic road scribing machine,including the overall structure design of the system,the positioning of the scribing machine,the extraction of road edges,the removal of shadow from road scenes,and the interface design of monitoring software.Through the analysis of the functional requirements of the scribing machine,the overall structural scheme of the system is proposed,and the workflow of the monitoring system is designed.According to the working characteristics of the new road marking task,the positioning scheme of the scribing machine based on the combination of monocular visual camera and wheeled odometer is proposed,and the positioning principle is analyzed.The positioning method based on monocular vision is studied,and the positioning parameters are obtained.When the scribing machine visually positions the edge of the road,the positioning parameters are obtained by identifying the edge of the road.The camera collects the image of the road,transmits it to the host computer for grayscale and filtering processing,uses the improved Cany algorithm to detect the edge of the road,and uses the Hough transform to fit the edge pixels to extract the edge of the road.Convert the road image of the two-dimensional space to the three-dimensional space,obtain the road equation under the world coordinate system,and obtain the positioning parameters.Aiming at the influence of road surface shadows on the detection accuracy of road edges under complex illumination,the image shadow removal method based on illumination invariant image is adopted,due to the problems of slow speed and instability in the traditional light independent map to obtain the best projection direction,it is proposed to use independent component analysis method to obtain light independent map,which can quickly and accurately find the best projection direction,remove shadow effect is good,and the algorithm is simple.Finally,the human-computer interactive interface of the remote monitoring system of the scribing machine was developed,including the design of the login interface and the main interface,the production of electronic maps,the development of the database,etc.,to realize the transmission and display of the on-site work video and location information of the automatic road scribing machine. |
