| This thesis selects HG Laser Company as the research object of development strategy,trying to formulate a suitable development strategy for the development of HG Laser Company.HG Laser was established in 1997.Up to now,it has developed into a company ranked first in comprehensive strength in the field of industrial laser processing equipment in my country,and its average annual sales revenue ranks second in my country.The main purpose of this article is to conduct detailed and in-depth research on the company,formulate a scientific and reasonable development strategy,and provide guidance and reference for its long-term development.This thesis first uses the PEST model to comprehensively summarize the environment faced by enterprises,including economic,political and many other aspects.Then use Porter’s five forces model to analyze the company’s competitive environment from the five points of suppliers,buyers,potential entrants,replacement and competitors in the trade.Through the analysis of all aspects of the external environment of HG Laser Company through these two models,it is concluded that there is a very broad prospect in China’s laser industry.At the same time,the state has also promulgated and implemented many supporting policies,which has brought good opportunities for the company.However,companies also face severe challenges in their operations.Secondly,the internal environment of HG Laser Company is explained.Through the analysis of internal human resources,technical resources,production capacity and marketing ability,it is concluded that HG Laser Company currently has great technical and scale advantages in the domestic laser processing equipment industry.But at the same time it also has the disadvantages of insufficient R&D management,talent problems and high cost.The strategic transformation plan proposed in this article for HG Laser is to increase investment in advantageous industries,advantageous fields,and advantageous markets.Adhere to innovation first,build innovation capabilities based on IPD R&D management system;be brave to break the game,build marketing capabilities based on key account strategy;respond efficiently,build delivery guarantee capabilities centered on lean management system;promote a comprehensive budget management system,and optimize human resources Management system.Finally,specific safeguard measures are proposed for organizational structure,human resources,financial management,technological innovation management and corporate culture.Ensure that the company’s strategy is effectively executed. |
