| With increasingly strict requirements for environmental protection,the price of coal power projects domestic and abroad is getting lower and lower.How to survive in such a market and obtain more orders is the challenge facing by T Company.Based on the concept and method of lean production,this thesis studies the optimization of production line efficiency in order to save production costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprise.Firstly,the paper introduces the general situation of T Company,main products and production line status,analyzes and summarizes the existing production line problems,and predicts the future market situation,thus explaining the necessity of introducing lean production.Then,the goal and general idea of lean optimization of production line efficiency are proposed.The goal of lean optimization is to reduce production batch,reduce inventory,shorten production cycle,and realize the reduction of inventory in element workshop and rapid flow of products.The first is to analyze the difference of the production line and re-plan the value stream,including the optimization of material preparation,production mode and bottleneck equipment,etc.Second,in the product analysis process,lean manufacturing concept and related methods are used,including just-in-time production,one-piece flow,overall production maintenance,production line balance design,etc.The third is to establish a continuous improvement system to ensure the continuity of lean activities.After nearly ten months of optimization,the total inventory of element workshop has been reduced by 33 percent and the production cycle has been shortened by 48 percent,which has achieved the goal of improving production line efficiency and is still improving. |
