| With the rapid development of the domestic engineering construction industry,the management ability of the participating parties is constantly improving,and the requirements for project schedule management are increasingly high.Especially in recent years,in order to further stimulate domestic demand,government platform companies have been investing in more and more livelihood projects.As an achievement project,this kind of project often has more strict requirements on the construction period,and the construction company needs to pay attention to the progress management and deliver the project on schedule.This thesis takes the progress management of the main road lighting project in Q district of A company as the research object.This project is a livelihood project invested and developed by the Q District Government Platform C ompany.A company undertakes the construction of Installing street lamps and supporting lighting facilities of 3 main roads.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the status of the progress management in the early stage of the street light project of A company,and points out the existing problems and deficiencies.Under the condition that the development unit clearly requests to adjust the completion time,the thesis uses program evaluation and review technique,critical path method and Gantt chart method to formulate the preliminary schedule of the project.Secondly,as the total project duration estimated by the preliminary schedule still does not meet the requirements of the completion time,three optimization schemes are further proposed to adjust the schedule,Including compressing the critical path duration to shorten the project duration,adding additional constraint resources to change the logical relationship between jobs,introducing the critical chain method to compress the safe and rich time.Through comparison and selection,the schedule plan optimized by the critical chain schedule management method is determined to shorten the total project duration and meet the completion time requirements.Thirdly,combined with the actual situation of the project,the thesis clarifies the project progress control method from three aspects:project progress monitoring,progress deviation analysis,and progress process control.The progress deviation analysis uses the qualitative critical chain progress control matrix method and the quantitative critical chain earned value method respectively,which complements the method for this type of schedule deviation analysis.Finally,in view of the existing problems in the early stage of A company and possible difficulties in the future,the thesis puts forward the guarantee measures of progress management.In this thesis,by using the commonly schedule management methods and tools of construction companies to formulate the progress plan,the critical chain management method is introduced in the optimization scheme.Without additional cost,the improved schedule achieves the node target that the completion date is better than the new adjustment of the development unit,and the process control is implemented according to the schedule guarantee measures to realize the lighting requirements before the Spring Festival in advance.The research results enrich the progress management methods of construction projects and provide a reference sample for the progress management methods of A company and other construction enterprises. |
