| With the rapid advances in science and technology,the changing business environment makes organization changed rapidly.As a strategic partner of enterprise,human resource management should focus on solving the problem of Person-organization fit,so as to support the development of enterprise.Thesis takes small and medium-sized private enterprise in the process of transformation as the research object.By analyzing the changes in organization and employees,Thesis systematically discussed the strategies to improve the Person-organization fit.The research object H company is facing some problems in development.A management reform has been initiated in the aspects of organizational operation and management,post responsibilities and rights,compensation,performance,etc.Although the performance of employee and organization have been improved,the expected objectives have not been achieved.Person-organization misfit has become a constraint.There are inconsistencies between employees and organization in terms of values,characteristics and objectives.There is a certain degree of misfit between employee capabilities and job requirements,and between enterprise resource supply and employee’s needs.The organizational ability and human resource management strategy need to be improved.After further research,Thesis obtains the strategies to improve Person-organization fit.The improvement strategy focuses on improving employees’ motivation for change and the employee’s ability to meet the enterprise’s developing needs.Second,improving the consistency of objectives and values,and enhancing the teamwork.Third,carrying out enterprise value transmission,enhancing the organizational support for employees’ work,and optimizing the incentive mechanism.After a lot of research,the scheme of thesis has good guiding significance for enterprise.It is useful to improve the management and the employees’ ability,attitude,behavior and performance.There are still shortcomings and limitations in the research,which need further study. |
