Solar energy is becoming one of the fastest-growing industries in China in recent years due to its renewable,permanent,zero-emission,and abundant resources.For more than a decade,many core technologies in the global photovoltaic industry were first introduced or put into large-scale use by Chinese companies,and they have increasingly become the core driving force for the development of the global new energy industry.A Company is the earliest enterprise engaged in R&D and production of inverters in China.As the key equipment of the photovoltaic power station,the inverter determines the long-term reliability of the entire system and the return on project investment.With the increase in the number of installed machines,the rapidly developing market situation has put forward higher requirements on the company’s management level.While expanding in scale,A Company is also facing various challenges.How to continuously enhance core competitiveness,how to maintain good performance and successfully achieve strategic goals,are the issues that the company must face.This article uses various analysis models and research methods to analyze the internal and external environments of A Company’s industry,market competition,business model and organizational structure,clarify the core issues and determine the development goals.Apply the BLM business leadership model to propose the reform direction of the organizational structure,design the process implementation plan and safeguard measures,evaluate the results after the reform,and put forward suggestions for improvement.A Company resolutely adjusted its strategy and carried out organizational changes to adapt to business diversification.In the second year after the adjustment,A Company successfully dealt with the test of the sudden decline of the market in the “531dark moment of the photovoltaic industry” and achieved significant growth in performance.“The world’s troubles are the most undesirable,which is called pacification without incident,but in fact there is worry about unpredictable.” Through in-depth research on leading companies in emerging industries,analysis of their organizational structure reform cases,and summary of their successful experience,they have very good results.Reference value and practical significance.The author used the financial data analysis theory and tools to predict.There are26 figures,4tables and 74 reference articles in this paper.
