In the shipping market,due to the long formed bad habits in the industry and the lack of effective credit management methods within the company,many shipping companies have a large number of accounts receivable,many of which have become bad debts,causing huge losses to the company.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the level of customer credit management of shipping companies.Based on the theory of credit management,this paper studies the existing customer rating methods of Company C,uses the analytic hierarchy process and the characteristic analysis model,introduces qualitative indicators such as business department scores,as well as third-party credit service agencies,determines the weight of each indicator,and finally implements the optimized customer credit management methods and draws conclusions.The optimization method of customer credit management proposed in this paper has certain reference value for shipping enterprises.
