Research On Accounts Receivable Management Of Electromechanical Repair Plant Of H Company

The continuous development of economic globalization has brought a bigger market for China’s economic development and become a driving force for better and faster development of China’s economy.However,it also leads to the increasing pressure of market competition.In order to expand market share,improve market share and achieve the expected goal of high sales,more and more enterprises frequently use the method of credit sales for transactions,resulting in accounts receivable.Accounts receivable as an important part of the current assets of an enterprise,it reflects the speed of capital turnover and the current situation of financial operation.It increases the income of enterprises,but it also poses a potential threat to the capital security of enterprises.If accounts receivable management is not in place,it will not only occupy enterprise funds,but also form enterprise capital chain fracture and even lead to enterprise bankruptcy.Therefore,the study of accounts receivable management is a very important work.Based on risk management theory,credit risk management theory and internal control theory,this paper makes a case study on the accounts receivable management of H company’s electromechanical repair factory by using case analysis method and financial statement analysis method,and draws the following conclusions:1、Combined with the concept of accounts receivable,relevant management theories and literature review of accounts receivable at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation and management system of accounts receivable in the electromechanical repair plant of H company.2、Analyze the basic situation of the accounts receivable of the electromechanical manufacturing and repair plant of H Company.Including the ratio analysis of accounts receivable to current assets,scale analysis,bad debt situation,aging and customer situation analysis,it is found that there are problems in the company’s accounts receivable and find out the causes.3、Finally,it is divided into three aspects: before,during and after,and put forward optimization measures.This paper comes to the conclusion that through scientific accounts receivable management,the risk of accounts receivable can be effectively reduced and the ability of the company to deal with the risk can be improved.The mechanical and electrical repair plant of H company should formulate reasonable accounts receivable management countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of the company.Through the analysis of this paper,it can provide some help for the management of electromechanical repair accounts receivable of H company,and It can be used for reference to other enterprises in coal mine machinery manufacturing industry.
