In recent years,with the development of economies of scale and effectiveness of scale,enterprises have reduced operating costs and improved management efficiency through scientific management,and shared services have emerged as the times require.The concept of "three pillars of human resources" first spread in western enterprises,and major enterprises around the world are carrying out the reform of human resources management in full swing.As a new type of human resource management mode,human resource shared service center appears with the continuous improvement of management level and the comprehensive development of information technology.The appearance of this mode is a redefinition of human resource management,reconstructs the process of human resource management,and makes full use of the advantages of information technology to maximize human initiative.K Company is an auto parts enterprise engaged in the design,research and development,production,and sales of automobile transmission,clutch and accessories,automobile electronic equipment,seat parts,automobile pipeline system and other products.Based on literature research,this thesis takes the human resource shared service center of K Company in China as the research object.Through interviews and questionnaires survey,it finds that there are some problems in the daily operation and management of the human resource shared service center,such as shared service system and platform,workflow,and team members management.Based on the root cause analysis,this thesis puts forward the optimization measures and implementation guarantee of system platform construction,workflow optimization and talent incentive plan of human resource shared service center of K company.In the initial stage of the establishment of the human resource shared service center of K company and the operation management is not perfect,the conclusions of this thesis are helpful to provide optimization ideas for K Company to solve the practical problems of the daily operation of the human resource shared service center.It also has important reference and reference significance for other enterprises to optimize the operation and management of human resources shared service center.
