In the contemporary era of rapid economic development,large enterprise groups have numerous branches.With the rapid advancement of information technology,the financial data that enterprises need to deal with has been multiplied day by day.The drawbacks of traditional decentralized financial management model are gradually highlighted in practice,such as the increase of enterprise operating costs,the decline of management and control ability,and the decline of financial information quality.In this context,"financial shared service",a modern enterprise financial management concept,was proposed.Financial Shared Service Center is the embodiment and application of this concept.In the 1980 s,enterprises in Western countries began to explore and study the financial shared service center,and continuously improved it in practice to make the financial Shared service system more mature.Subsequently,the concept of financial shared service center was introduced to China,and large groups led by ZTE began to build their own financial shared service centers in order to reduce operating costs and then improve management efficiency in this way.Therefore,the operation management of financial sharing service is very important for enterprises.The research object of this paper is RDJ Auto Group Limited,due to the fierce competition in the industry and high operating costs,RDJ Auto Group Limited established a financial shared service center in 2014.First of all,this paper starts with literature research,summarizes relevant theories of financial shared service,defines the concepts of financial shared service and financial shared service center,grasps the characteristics and mode types of financial shared service center,and compares the differences among several mode classes by reading the relevant literature at home and abroad.Second through field investigations of RDJ Auto Group Limited staff and access to relevant texts of the Group's financial shared service center,the current problems are identified: the budget is not implemented in the actual business process,no effective incentive mechanism,the coordination between financial systems is poor and low data compatibility,small employee turnover opportunity and high turnover rate,low service quality and high complaint rate.In view of the above problems,the role of the financial shared service center was affected and failed to achieve the desired effect.Therefore,this paper proposes the measures such as improving the organizational structure,improving the business process,strengthening the performance examine of the financial shared service center,and strengthening the information technology innovation.Meanwhile,it also proposes the relevant safeguard measures for personnel management.Finally,the conclusions and shortage of this paper are expounded and the prospects for the future development of financial shared service center in China are discussed.
