| Shallow geothermal energy refers to the low temperature heat energy contained in the soil sand and groundwater within hundreds of meters of the earth’s shallow surface,which is a new type of high quality renewable clean energy.As an efficient way to use shallow geothermal energy,ground source heat pump system has become an important technology in the national new energy structure system.Because the application time of the ground source heat pump system is still short,the current postevaluation of the ground source heat pump system is in its initial stage.The successful experience and existing problems in the construction and operation of the project are evaluated and summarized,which is of great value to guide the development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy in the future.Starting from the actual situation of the ground source heat pump system engineering of H Company,this paper takes the construction and operation of the ground source heat pump engineering as the object to carry out the project post-evaluation research.First of all,considering the whole process of ground source heat pump engineering construction and operation in the early preparation,construction and operation,a comprehensive construction of the project success as the core of the index system,including the project early work,economic indicators and other 5secondary indicators,and 15 tertiary indicators;Then,the actual data of project construction and project operation are used,and the relevant data of project operation effect evaluation are obtained by supplementary expert questionnaire survey.The weight of each index is calculated by applying analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which is: Project economic index(0.3339),project design and implementation(0.2525),preliminary work(0.1811),environmental and social benefits(0.1184),sustainability(0.1141);Finally,the use of building the index system of H company somewhere source heat pump engineering project evaluation,through the comprehensive review analysis found that the project success degree is higher,in the aspect of operations management and implementation of the design of the work is good,still in the early stage of the project decisionmaking and feasibility has certain risks and issues,taken together,The evaluation result of ground source heat pump project of H Company is "relatively successful".The post-evaluation index system of ground source heat pump engineering constructed in this paper can objectively reflect the construction and operation of ground source heat pump engineering projects,and can improve the overall implementation level of similar projects in the later period for H company.At the same time,it has certain reference value for enterprises in the ground source heat pump industry to improve the level of operation and management,optimize investment and improve project risk management. |
