The elastic bearing has a special structure in which metal and rubber are layered on top of each other.Because of its special structural characteristics,it has excellent cushioning and shock absorption.At the same time,it has a higher fatigue life than ordinary bearings,which can meet the requirements of long-term in-service work..The fatigue failure of the rubber sheet in the elastic bearing laminate due to the complex cycle load is the main reason for its failure.At present,there is no research on the parametric finite element modeling and fatigue life prediction related calculations for elastic bearings at home and abroad.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a set of suitable elastic bearing modeling,stiffness calculation and numerical calculation programs.This article mainly aims at the engineering requirements of the program for predicting the fatigue life of elastic bearings under certain working conditions.It investigates the research progress of elastic bearings by scholars at home and abroad,and chooses ANSYS software and its own APDL language to parameterize elastic bearings Software development for finite element modeling,stiffness calculation and fatigue calculation.First of all,this article compares the advantages and disadvantages of the three modeling methods(direct modeling method,solid modeling method and CAD docking import method)of the ANSYS classic interface of the elastic bearing parametric model,and proposes the advantages of parametric modeling,And explained the ideas and principles of parametric modeling.In the parametric finite element modeling of elastic bearings,the bottom-up modeling direction from point to line to surface and volume was selected,a simple parametric modeling method was developed,and the secondary development of elasticity was finally written Bearing finite element automatic modeling program.Furthermore,this article reviews the research on the calculation methods of the three stiffnesses of elastic bearings by domestic and foreign scholars,and analyzes the automatic parameterized results of the compression stiffness,torsion stiffness and bending stiffness of the elastic bearing.This method completes the calculation of the stiffness of the elastic bearing by defining fixed load parameters,defining geometric parameters,obtaining node displacements and formula calculations,and comparing them with the experimental results.Finally,this article summarizes the calculation results of the rubber fatigue life,chooses the Mooney-Rivlin model as the constitutive model of the elastic bearing rubber material,writes a concise and usable parametric program,and calculates the fatigue life of the elastic bearing.The fatigue life is analyzed and compared with the experimental results.The results show that the prediction effect is ideal.
