| Cycloidal gear is one of the key parts of the second stage reduction mechanism of RV Reducer,and its tooth profile modification quality directly affects the transmission performance of the reducer.With the wide application of cycloidal gear forming grinding technology,the modification mode of cycloidal gear tooth profile is more flexible and changeable.Therefore,in order to better retain the advantages of RV Reducer,exploring a more flexible and effective modification method plays a key role in improving the transmission performance of RV Reducer.Taking the cycloidal gear of RV Reducer as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth study on the tooth profile modification method and lost motion characteristics of cycloid gear.Based on the traditional tooth profile modification method,this paper analyzes the variation law of the transmission pressure angle of the cycloidal-pin gear,put forward a secondary segmentation modification method of the tooth profile of the working section of the cycloidal gear established the secondary segmentation tooth profile mathematical model,and obtains the tooth profile curve which is more in line with the engineering practice.According to the cycloid tooth profile obtained by modification,by establishing the tooth contact analysis model,a method for solving the lost motion of bidirectional transmission error was constructed,and the influence relationship between the tooth profile curve and lost motion of the secondary subsection modification was proved,which provided a new idea for the cycloid tooth profile modification design of RV reducer.The main research contents are as follows:1.The theoretical basis of gear profile modification and the theoretical basis of cycloidal gear profile modification were established,and the theoretical basis of cycloid gear profile modification and the theoretical analysis of cycloid gear profile modification effect were established.2.A twice segmented modification method of tooth profile in working section was proposed,and the solution formula of modification amount and the equation of modified tooth profile were deduced.Through the sectional modification design of the cycloid tooth profile,the modification amount of the sectional connection point was changed,and the flexible control of the modified tooth profile curve was realized.Through the feasibility and continuity analysis of the modified tooth profile curve,the effectiveness of the secondary subsection modification method of cycloid tooth profile was verified..3.The meshing principle of gear was studied and analyzed,and the contact analysis model of cycloidal-pin gear and the gear tooth contact analysis equations were established.Based on the analysis of the meshing characteristics of the modified cycloidal-pin gear,the forward and reverse transmission error solving models were established,and a method for solving the lost motion of bidirectional transmission error was proposed.The calculation of the lost motion of cycloidal-pin gear transmission with secondary sectional modification was realized.By changing the modification amount of segment connection point,the influence law of secondary segment modification method on transmission performance was analyzed.4.Based on MATLAB software,combined with the principle of secondary segmented modification and the mathematical model of tooth contact analysis,a set of secondary segmented modification software of cycloidal gear was developed,and the modular design of secondary segmented modification of tooth profile was realized.Finally,grinding the cycloidal gear specimen and carrying the RV Reducer comprehensive performance measuring instrument to measure and analyze the lost motion which verified the effectiveness of the modification method and lost motion calculation model proposed in this paper. |
