Research On Space Design Of Experiential Community Complex

In the era of experience economy,the economic development model dominated by meeting the needs of personal experience has gradually attracted public attention and been recognized by people.At the same time,the supporting service facilities which are closely related to people’s life in the field of architecture are also integrated into residents’ daily life with a new attitude.Community complex,as a typical carrier of community supporting public service facilities,is also attracting more and more attention from people,which gives the space of community complex a new direction: under the condition that users’ life material needs are met,the space of community complex is further improved,and the goal is to meet high-level needs such as spiritual culture and experience.In this paper,from the perspective of spatial experience,the internal space and external space of community complex in the era of experience economy are studied respectively,and the design strategies are summarized and the scheme is designed,trying to combine theory with practice,so as to provide reference for the space design research of community complex in the future.Based on the above content,this paper divides the research content into five parts for elaboration:The first part focuses on the research background of this paper,the research status and theoretical review related to community complex,and on this basis,draws out the research objects for theoretical groundwork.Finally,the research framework of this paper is systematically organized and formed by combining the research contents and the discussion of the research objectives.The second part is a theoretical study.On the basis of the first part,the relevant concepts of community complex are introduced and the characteristics of experiential community complex are summarized through case analysis.The third part is the research and analysis.According to the architectural design characteristics of the community complex,the internal and external Spaces are classified and discussed.The external space and internal space of the experience-type community complex are analyzed respectively from the space function,streamline and atmosphere,and the specific design strategies of the experience-type community complex space are further proposed.In the fourth part,according to the theoretical analysis and the actual situation,the project design of Hongtang Community Complex in Ningbo is selected as the research object,and the above research methods are used for further demonstration.The fifth part is based on the overview of the first four parts to further reflect on the deficiencies of the research and put forward the prospect of the development of community complex.This study hopes that by studying the space of experience-type community complex and summarizing specific design strategies,it can provide help with more operational value and promotion value for related engineering practice in the future.
