Urban Existing Commercial Complex Reconstruction Space Streamline Or Ganization Design Research

The stock of commercial complexes far exceeds the normal demand of the market,and the consumption concept and consumption form of the masses have changed significantly compared with before.In addition,the degree of homogenization competition is increasingly intensified,which results in the weakening of vitality of most commercial complexes in China to varying degrees.From the development process of commercial complex in China,a series of problems existing in existing commercial complex in the relative surplus stage are found,which further leads to the purpose,motivation and significance of spatial streamline organization in the transformation of existing commercial complex.A series of methods such as questionnaire distribution and in-depth interview are used to conduct comprehensive and in-depth discussion and analysis,reveal the important factors leading to the weakening of its vitality,and find out the elements of insufficient spatial streamline organization of the existing commercial complex.There are huge problems in terms of format composition,streamline organization and spatial quality.Based on the analysis of excellent cases from the composition of business forms and spatial streamline,this paper explores what can be learned from excellent commercial complexes.Then,the design principles of spatial streamline organization for the transformation of existing commercial complexes are summarized,and the organizational strategies for the transformation of existing commercial complexes are proposed under the guidance of these transformation principles.Through multi-system academic exploration,the strategy of spatial streamline organization in the transformation of existing commercial complex is summarized,from the control of traffic scale in the change of old and new space;Update of space streamline material technology;The upgrade of artistic conception of space expression;The use of "inspired" and "fast and slow orderly" streamline organization;Diversity of functional formats: richness of spatial forms;Starting with the accessibility of external traffic,this paper provides a basis for the spatial streamline organization transformation of a commercial complex in xi ’an,so as to verify the reliability of the theory,and at the same time truly activate the site,bring greater commercial value,and provide some basis for the transformation of other existing commercial complexes.It is hoped that this study can provide useful guidance for the transformation of spatial streamline organization of commercial complex.
