| It is stipulated in many regulations that,as part of the space area,building clear height is too low,which affects visual permeability,and too high,which affects air conditioning and lighting energy consumption,and is not conducive to noise control and energy conservation and emission reduction.And it has a strong practical significance to review the clear height of BIM models according to the specification requirements.Since the existing review system mainly focuses on subspecialty review,there is relatively little clear height research for all-specialty models,which is not convenient for forming a comprehensive and effective headroom analysis report.To solve this problem,the building information model clear height specification review system was developed in this paper,and cases were selected as validation,which enhances the review efficiency and provides reference and reference for the study of building information model quality review.A major study in this paper is the following:(1)After the characteristics of BIM and BIM software development were analyzed,Revit was identified as the technical means of secondary development,and then secondary development tools,development environment,basic framework and development process were identified,and C#,XAML and SQL statements were selected as programming languages and Visual Studio 2019 as development platform,respectively.BIM national standards and delivery contents were analyzed to provide a basis for model design.Building information model construction drawing review process was developed,and four key technologies for building information model construction drawing review were studied,from which BIM data extraction method,specification provision screening principle,specification provision translation method,and rule reasoning technology implementation route were summarized to provide methodological support for the development of the review system.(2)The program design was carried out from five aspects: system architecture,system function,system interface,logical operation,and database storage,and computer rapid and automatic evaluation of the model net height model is realized.The data extraction scheme was constructed based on the element structure of the Revit model to extract the elevation to the interface for selection;the point-to-polygon position relationship algorithm was constructed using the API function Intersect to obtain the valid measurement points;the ray tracing algorithm was constructed using the API functions Find Nearest and Reference Intersector to obtain the Net height;point-to-linear distance algorithm was implemented using the API function Distance,and error component positioning was obtained;specification strip text library and model information library were built using the Epplus framework and.NET-based database access technology to establish data transfer with the platform,and data storage and management were achieved.(3)According to the codes and standards,underground garage and residential building models were designed,parking spaces,kitchens,bathrooms and other functional areas were selected as review areas,and the manual review of net height was compared with the system review of net height to verify the feasibility and scientific nature of the net height code review system. |
