Economic development and spiritual and cultural needs have led consumer demand to gradually evolve from practicability to aesthetics,and appearance has become an important factor in improving product competitiveness.Excellent appearance design can not only improve the texture and style of the product,increase the added value of the product,but also play a role in optimizing its function,and it is also conducive to establishing its good brand image.With the continuous advancement of production technology and other aspects of the design of high-speed trains,with a more scientific understanding,an important factor that needs to be considered when designing the exterior is aerodynamics.Superior aerodynamic performance means to have a scientific streamlined form,how to design a more scientific streamlined form is a problem in the design world.After hundreds of millions of years of survival of the fittest,creatures in nature have evolved to adapt to the brutal ecological competition,especially fish and birds,need to overcome the resistance of water and air resistance,so most of fish and birds have With a good streamlined shape.This paper takes the appearance of high-speed trains as the research object,and uses the image bionic design and extensional superiority evaluation method to study the appearance design of high-speed trains.First,adopt the image bionic design method to establish the bionic object,using the three creatures of flying fish,arctic tern,and white porpoise as bionic prototypes.They all have good streamlined shapes,and use "fast" imagery to metaphorically train the performance.Excavate the spiritual symbolic expression of the bionic object,so that it can be spiritually coupled with the development of high-speed trains.Secondly,by extracting the morphological features of the bionic objects,the non-uniform rational B-spline(NURBS)modeling method is used to create a three-dimensional model and calculation model of the high-speed bionic train,and the simplified bionic train model is calculated by the CFD professional analysis software FLUENT,which simulates the operation on the open line The aerodynamic performance at 350km/h.Finally,the extension method is used to evaluate the optimal selection of the design scheme,and the optimal scheme is optimized.The design practice shows the practical application of image bionic design and extensional superiority evaluation in the design of high-speed train design,which provides an effective new idea for the research of high-speed train design.
