| With the advent of the technological revolution,smart manufacturing has become possible.With the diversification of customer needs,although a large number of production methods have gradually transitioned to digitalization and automation,there are still many highly customized products that require manual operations.In the face of fierce market competition,companies need to have the ability to accurately predict customer needs and just-in-time.Reasonable and accurate setting of standard operating time is the basis for judging the production capacity of an enterprise.The traditional standard time setting method does not take into account the differences between personnel,and the uniform setting of standard operating time has hindered the accurate prediction of the production capacity of the enterprise.In recent years,brain-computer interface technology has exploded,which is a tool that can monitor the attention changes in the human brain in real time,and then monitor the learning ability to reflect the current state of the person.The wide application of this technology provides a new idea for formulating personalized standard time.This paper takes Z company’s automatic welding complete equipment manufacturing workshop(referred to as Z company’s equipment manufacturing workshop)as the research object,and conducts a preliminary analysis on the problems existing in its manufacturing workshop,the composition of personnel and the status quo of standard operating hours,and studies the standard The new technology of time setting aims to gradually improve the accuracy and suitability of standard working time,and introduces a new technology of brain-computer interface to monitor the working status of individuals,and add the evaluation results as measurement parameters to the personalized setting standards in the system of working hours.First of all,this paper introduces the relevant theories of standard time formulation,related concepts of brain science and electro cardiology,research on brain-computer interface and data transmission technology,and the software platform used to realize data fusion.,machine,material,method,environment and measurement were analyzed respectively,and the demand for improvement of workshop standard time was put forward based on the starting point of improving workshop production efficiency and personnel production safety;After that,define the staff work ability index,use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to find out the key influencing factors and determine their weights,and improve the original standard time formula;thirdly,in order to accurately judge the influencing factors with higher weights For the impact of the standard time setting,the brain wave head ring was introduced as a monitoring tool to distinguish individual differences in the work process of personnel;finally,after the improvement of the standard time setting algorithm was completed,Z company production workshop from two In one aspect,the experimental effect verification is carried out,which proves that the improvement of the standard time formulating algorithm has a certain reference value for the manufacturing field. |
