Grain and oil are the daily necessities of people ’s lives and important strategic materials of the country.Underground oil tanks can meet the conditions of low temperature,low oxygen,light avoidance and sealed storage necessary for oil storage,so as to achieve the effect of long-term preservation of oil.In order to ensure the safety of grain and oil and improve the quality of oil storage,a new type of underground concrete oil storage tank lined with steel plate is put forward in this paper.The underground tank group is composed of four lining steel plates-concrete cylinders,which are tangent to each other.The lining steel plate and the concrete tank wall are connected by welding nails.In this paper,the method of field test and finite element analysis of production test oil tank are used to study the mechanical behavior of lining steel plate-concrete underground group tank wall under earth pressure during construction.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Field oil tank test of lining steel plate-concrete production test is carried out.Combined with the test purpose and field construction environment,the field test scheme is determined.The reinforcement meter is installed on the outer ring reinforcement,inner ring reinforcement,outer vertical reinforcement and inner vertical reinforcement of the tank wall.The strain meter is installed on the circumferential and vertical direction of the lining steel plate.The earth pressure meter is buried outside the tank wall.According to the construction progress,eight working conditions are selected for data measurement and analysis.(2)The tank wall is mainly affected by water and soil pressure outside the tank wall during the test.Based on the test results,the variation law of soil pressure of the tank wall under eight different working conditions is analyzed.The comparison between the calculated and experimental values of the earth pressure on the tank wall show that : The earth pressure test value is generally greater than the active earth pressure and static earth pressure,but less than the passive earth pressure,and the earth pressure test value at 2.7 m of the tank wall is close to the passive earth pressure.(3)Through experimental data processing and analysis,the circumferential stress variation law of outer ring reinforcement,inner ring reinforcement and lining steel plate at different heights of tank wall under different working conditions are obtained;And the longitudinal stress variation law of outer vertical reinforcement,inner vertical reinforcement and lining steel plate at different circumferential angles of tank wall are obtained.(4)The model of underground group tank is established by ABAQUS.The variation law of hoop stress of the tank wall is simulated and analyzed,and the finite element analysis results are compared with the experimental results.The finite element analysis results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the finite element analysis model is feasible and effective.
