| Friction and wear testing machine,as the basic test device of tribology test,has practical significance to study the lubrication characteristics between friction pairs and other tribology properties.The existing friction and wear testing equipment mostly adopts the single point contact form to carry out tribological experiments,which is difficult to accurately measure the contact resistance,thus affecting the lubrication characteristics analysis of friction pairs.In this paper,according to the needs of the subject,the innovative use of double-point contact form,design and build a rotary double-point contact friction and wear testing machine,and use experimental methods to analyze the lubrication characteristics.Firstly,the relevant parameters of the friction and wear testing machine are analyzed,including the loading range of the testing machine,the running parameters of the servo motor,the size of the upper and lower samples,etc.According to the needs of the subject,clear the performance requirements of the testing machine,through the analysis of the functional principle of the testing machine,finally determine the functional principle of the testing machine,mainly including servo drive motor,loading system and clamping and floating leveling mechanism and other schemes.Second in the overall mechanical structure of complete machine and related spare parts selection,on the basis of testing machine for 3 d modeling,including the drive system and platform,rotating body,loading system,the clamping and leveling system,friction acquisition system,such as contact resistance measurement system,and completes the design of testing machine data acquisition system.After learning the related principles of Lab VIEW,based on the program,the relevant control and acquisition system design of the testing machine is established,and the control requirements of the testing machine are finally met.Secondly the tester is in low speed and light load conditions,in the process of sample relative movement up and down,to explore its lubricating properties and lubrication state transitions,respectively,of external load,sliding velocity,lubricant viscosity and the surface roughness on the up and down the influence of the film lubrication characteristics of the sample test and lubrication state transitions,It is shown that the experimental system can effectively measure the lubrication characteristics of the friction pair under different working conditions,and the measured lubrication characteristics are in accordance with the existing laws.The test results show that when the external working conditions change,the contact resistance changes in accordance with the law: the average contact resistance under the influence of load,with its increase in a downward trend,when the load increases to a certain extent,the downward trend becomes slow;The average contact resistance increases with the increase of sliding speed.The average contact resistance changes with the change of lubricating oil viscosity.The greater the viscosity,the greater the resistance.The average contact resistance decreases with the increase of surface roughness.This topic which the rotary double point contact friction and wear testing machine in the process of test vehicle stability,high reliability and accurate data collection,can very good satisfy under different conditions,the research,the characteristics of the friction pair lubrication to determine lubrication condition between the friction pair laid the foundation experiment,has a certain reference value. |
