The development of global trade has caused the throughput of container terminals to increase year by year,and the requirements for port operation efficiency have also continued to increase.As a part of the operation,the efficiency of importing containers needs to be continuously improved,especially with the use of the truck booking system,which provides scientific and technical support for improving the efficiency of imported containers.While the application of the truck booking system brings high efficiency to container terminals and trucks,it also causes system disturbances due to factors such as the untimely arrival of trucks,which breaks the original container lifting scheme and generates redundant container rehandling operations.Reduce the efficiency of the yard operation.The application of the truck reservation system provides a basis for the operation and scheduling of the container terminal.However,due to the delayed arrival of the truck after the reservation,it brings disturbance to the terminal scheduling,especially the container turnover operation in the import container area.This article is aimed at the operation of import containers,in order to reduce the adverse effects caused by the disturbance caused by the failure of the truck to arrive on time after the appointment.(1)Put forward a mathematical model of containers rehandling with the goal of the shortest containers rehandling time of gantry cranes.(2)A containers rehandling strategy is designed,and a heuristic algorithm that incorporates the containers rehandling strategy into it is proposed,and a containers rehandling scheme including the sequence of the containers and the position of the containers is obtained.(3)Designed a discrete event simulation model for imported containers rehandling operations under truck failures,and compared the current schemes in the industry with the completely randomized containers rehandling time to verify the scientificity and rationality of the algorithm in this paper,and analyze the performance of the algorithm.The results of the simulation experiment show that,compared with the containers rehandling method commonly used in the industry,the method proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the impact of disturbance,and provides decision support for the selection of the order of the containers and the position of the containers.
