| As the global shipping volume continues to increase year by year,the environmental level of the ocean and land areas has been significantly affected by port construction,causing serious noise pollution,air pollution and water quality pollution.Among them,ships entering and leaving the port,ships berthing in the port,and terminal operations are the main factors that cause air pollution in the port.Based on this background,in 2018,the Ministry of Transport proposed the "Action Plan for Deepening the Construction of Green Ports(2018-2022)",which clearly stated that it is expected to build a green port every year from2020 to 2022.Approve ports that are resource-intensive and efficient,eco-friendly,and scientific and rational in transportation organization,and demonstrate to drive the construction of green ports nationwide.It can be seen that for a large port development country like China,how to obtain a good balance between environmental maintenance and economic benefits has become an urgent issue.Only by taking the green port as the guiding concept,scientifically deploying and rationally utilizing port resources,and organically integrating port development with resource utilization and environmental protection can the harmonious,unified and coordinated development of the port and the environment be achieved.Therefore,how to further reduce the discharge of pollutants in the port area on the basis of ensuring the efficiency of container terminal operations and reducing the delay time of ships in the port has become one of the core key issues in the construction of a green port.Therefore,this paper proposes the integrated scheduling problem of container terminal berth-quay crane-truck considering pollutant emission.The research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the paper summarizes the current situation of research on resource scheduling of container terminals at home and abroad and pollutant emission from ports,and introduces the basic structure,equipment resources and operation flow of container terminals,and the analysis of the terminal resource scheduling,including berth allocation,quay crane loading and unloading,truck transportation and yard crane loading and unloading,taking the ship entering and leaving the port,stopping at the port and the port equipment scheduling as the research process,this paper analyzes all links of pollutant discharge(nitrogen compounds,sulfides,carbon dioxide,PM)from the whole process of ships entering and leaving the port,and then analyzes the relationship between pollutant discharge in the port area and the problem of ship resource scheduling,it lays a foundation for the construction of the model,a bi-objective programming model based on the minimum cost of nitrogen compounds,sulfur compounds,Carbon Dioxide and PM pollutants during the ship’s departure delay and the related equipment operation is established,the basic assumptions,parameter settings,objective functions and related constraints of the model are described in detail,and the quantum local search is designed to be completely embedded into the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with an elite strategy,finally,taking a port as an example,the optimization model established in this paper is verified and selected according to the operation data given by the Terminal Operation Company,the parameters of the model are calculated by an example,the operation parameters of the terminal are set,and a group of Pareto solutions are obtained by running Matlab software,it also gives detailed berths,quay crane and truck scheduling plans to provide port managers with reference opinions on port scheduling at the operational level,the proposed algorithm is compared with the commonly used multi-objective particle swarm optimization and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm,and the rationality and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are verified.;... |
