Optimization And Transformation Of Communication Space Of Indemnificatory Housing Community Under The Background Of Urban Renewal

At present,the urbanization process is accelerating,and the urbanization rate has reached 64.72%.The rural population is gradually transferred to cities and towns,and the floating population is booming.In order to solve the housing security problem of this part of the population,the government has built a large number of affordable housing areas.Under the guidance of national policies,urban renewal projects have been actively carried out in major cities.China’s urban construction has changed from the pursuit of quantity to the pursuit of quality.The contradiction between the increasing basic quality of life requirements of residents and the satisfaction of spiritual and cultural needs and the low environmental quality of communication space and places in affordable housing communities has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,the optimization and transformation of communication space in indemnificatory housing community has become an important part of urban fine development.In the process of renewal and transformation of indemnificatory housing communities,some communities are still in the primary stage of site cleaning and exterior wall renovation.Some mature indemnificatory housing communities have tried to sort out the environment from the level of spatial micro renewal.However,the subtle observation of residents’ communication behavior patterns in indemnificatory housing communities and their internal correlation research and design renewal are still in the initial stage.Among them,how to effectively activate the communication space in the indemnificatory housing community has become one of the important issues to improve the space quality and residents’ quality of life in the indemnificatory housing community.The increasing number of people’s communication activities leads to the continuous overflow of residents’ communication activities in indemnificatory housing communities,and is constantly related to the communication space of indemnificatory housing communities.The behavior pattern in the communication space is constantly occurring and changing in a spontaneous state,and its universality makes residents gradually get used to it,but it contains rich information,which has not been fully and carefully paid attention to and reflected in the optimization and transformation.Taking the communication space of the old affordable housing community as the research object,combined with relevant literature,this paper makes a cognitive analysis of the communication space of the affordable housing community,selects a representative old affordable housing community in Nanjing for field investigation,and understands the group composition and characteristics of the residents,the communication behavior mode of the group Frequently visited communication space types and main activity types,and observe the current situation of communication space in the community,including the constituent elements in various types of space and the relationship between their current situation and spatial activity,so as to analyze the residents’ demand for communication space in the community,build a space remediation evaluation index system,formulate standards for judging the quality of communication space environment in the community,and provide a basis for the later strategy of transforming the case community,And make the transformation design according to the strategy.Follow up the actual reconstructed case community,and analyze it again according to the formulated spatial renovation evaluation index system.Judge the improvement problems,remaining problems and new problems caused by excessive transformation of the case community after transformation and put into use,and summarize the optimization methods of improving the communication space of the old indemnificatory housing community again.
