Research On The Renewal Of Cultural And Creative Parks From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Rural Revitalization is one of China’s national strategies,including rural economic construction,cultural construction and ecological construction.Cultural construction can accelerate the development of rural urbanization and promote rural modernization.As one of the means of cultural construction,cultural and creative parks can increase employment and improve the economy.Rural cultural and creative parks uphold innovative ideas and traditional culture as the development core,promote rural consumption level and provide various forms of cultural experience,so as to boost the rural development structure and provide a new development direction for Rural Revitalization.The development direction of rural areas has not been clearly positioned.The development trend of rural areas lags behind cities and towns,various facilities are incomplete,and the cultural and spiritual outlook is weak.After many field visits,Liujiafan village was selected as the design site.The survey found that Liujiafan village is located in the suburb of Hefei,but the population is aging seriously,the economic development is slow,and the characteristic culture is lost rapidly.Therefore,a rural cultural and creative park is built in the village in the hope of revitalizing the vitality of Liujiafan village,planning and updating the only empty space reserved in the village,designing various cultural activities,improving various service facilities in the village and increasing employment,So as to realize the revitalization and development of Liujiafan village.This paper takes rural revitalization as the background,cultural creativity as the industrial mode,and uses art forms and multi elements to jointly help the renewal of rural cultural and creative parks.By studying the origin and policies of the development of cultural and creative industries at home and abroad,absorbing the development advantages of cultural and creative industries at home and abroad,and deeply excavating various industrial support policies and Rural Revitalization strategies promulgated by China,we can lay a theoretical foundation for the renewal of rural cultural and creative parks;And understand the basic origin of contemporary art and the interactive mechanism between contemporary art and the countryside,and find a way for art to integrate into rural life;By studying the cases of cultural and creative parks and rural cultural and creative parks,this paper summarizes the advantages and lessons to be learned,fully excavates various material or cultural resources in Liujiafan village,and applies them to the design practice of rural cultural and creative parks.Although China’s rural areas have completed the task of comprehensively getting rid of poverty,the culture,art and economy of rural areas still lag behind those of cities and towns.Integrate cultural creativity and art into the countryside,use the experience of successful cases to create a new look of the countryside as much as possible,and finally realize the revitalization of the countryside.
