Research On The Development And Utilization Of Underground Space In The Central Urban Are

Since the reform and opening up,China’s urbanization process has accelerated,and large,medium and small cities have developed rapidly.There are many problems brought by urban development,such as the sharp increase in the number of metropolitan buildings,the narrowing of urban space,the congestion of ground traffic peak,the deterioration of living environment,the shortage of natural resources and other serious problems that affect social development.In this case,more and more city managers,planners and investors begin to turn their attention to urban high-altitude and underground space.On the one hand,there are more and more high-rise buildings,on the other hand,the development and utilization of urban underground space has gradually attracted people’s attention.It can be said that the comprehensive and three-dimensional development and deep development of the urban center will become an important way to deal with the urban center space congestion and the deterioration of the living and development environment.How to efficiently and environmentally develop and make good use of underground space resources has become an important issue to solve many urban contradictions.This will open up a new way for us to promote the comprehensive function of the city and the further development of urban modernization in the face of the shortage of urban land resources.In the current megacities,the development of underground space in the central urban areas of Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and other metropolises has formed a considerable scale.These metropolises are basically taking the underground transportation rail system as the core to build the network underground space building system.Compared with these metropolises,there are a few underground space structures with large scale in Tianjin.However,on the whole,the shallow depth of underground space development and the small scale of individual space development are the common problems in the development of underground space in Tianjin.In addition,in terms of the complexity of underground space development,Tianjin’s underground space development still stays at the level of relatively basic construction,while Shanghai and Beijing’s underground space system has begun to tend to network development.Based on the analysis of the advanced ideas and successful cases of underground space development in some typical cities at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of underground space in Tianjin,taking Hedong District of Tianjin as the specific research object,this paper investigates the current situation of underground space development and utilization in Hedong District,and then analyzes the development mode and current situation of underground space in the central city of Tianjin,This paper puts forward policy suggestions from the aspects of land and space master planning,management and project implementation,explores and solves the methods of three-dimensional urban construction and intensive land use in Tianjin,so as to provide theoretical reference for enhancing the vitality and competitiveness of Tianjin and promote its rapid and sustainable development.
