Friction torque is an important parameter to measure the smoothness and accuracy of the shafting operation,and it is also a key factor affecting the rotation flexibility and life of the shafting.The friction torque of the bearing is greatly affected by environmental factors such as temperature and load.It is of profound significance to measure the friction torque of the bearing under different temperatures and loads.In this paper,an in-depth study and discussion on the bearing friction torque detection equipment based on the transfer measurement method is carried out.The main work content is as follows:A bearing friction torque detection device based on the transmission measurement method is designed,which can be used to measure the bearing friction torque under different loads and temperatures.The selection of key components has been completed,and the measurement and control system software program of the bearing friction torque detection equipment has been designed,which can calculate the maximum,minimum and average friction torque values.The working principle of the equipment is described,and the main factors affecting the accuracy of the bearing friction torque detection equipment are summarized.The friction torque detection equipment detects the spindle mechanism and optimized a separable jaw.The collision and torsion simulation models of the detachable jaws before and after the improvement were established respectively,and the structural strength of the detachable jaws after the improvement was verified.The results show that the improved detachable jaws have better structural strength and stress distribution in the collision test under the front contact area of 30%,50%,and 100%and the start torsion test under the rated torque of the motor.In order to improve the anti-interference performance of the detection spindle system,the spindle motion control algorithm of the bearing friction torque detection equipment is researched.The data cloud constructed based on the detection spindle control system is fused with the GA-BP algorithm,and a self-updating control algorithm for the bearing friction torque detection equipment is proposed.Construct a data cloud by detecting the actual rotation speed,ideal rotation speed,rotation speed error,and rotation error rate of change of the spindle,use global density and distance information to add and delete data,and realize online control parameter tuning through GA-BP algorithm.Simulation experiments are used to verify the anti-interference of the self-updating control algorithm.In order to verify the influence of the proposed control algorithm on the accuracy of bearing friction torque detection,Z-N-PID control algorithm and self-updating control algorithm were used to measure bearing friction torque.Under the same conditions,the bearing friction was measured at three speeds of 10 rpm,30rpm,and50 rpm.Torque value.The average overshoot at the initial stage and the data fluctuation after stabilization obtained by the two control algorithms are compared and analyzed.Use the bearing friction torque detection test bench without the temperature box part to cooperate with the optimized detachable claw and the self-updating control algorithm for the equipment to detect the main shaft,and carry out multiple repeated friction torque tests.The results show that this set of equipment can control the test repeat measurement error within 0.025 N ×m,with high repeat measurement accuracy and good reliability.
