As a widely used component in rotating equipment,rolling bearings play an important role in reducing the friction of adjacent components of system.Bearing friction torque has a direct impact on the operation accuracy,power loss,life and stability of instruments,which is a key index for bearing performance evaluation.Based on special measuring equipment to measure the bearing friction torque,more direct,accurate and reliable results can be obtained.Therefore,this paper intends to develop a highly automated friction torque measurement system to achieve accurate measurement of the starting and rotating torque of rolling bearing.In order to achieve accurate measurement of bearing friction torque,the bearing friction torque measurement system is designed with a software interactive system,cooperating with the modules of data acquisition control,drive transmission,bearing installation and manual lifting.The development of a grating subdivision torque sensor is the key technology,and its accuracy directly determines the overall accuracy of the system.Therefore,the static torque sensor based on the principle of grating subdivision is designed including elastic sensitive elements,interlaced grating light control elements,and silicon photodiode signal converters.Based on the study of the influence of elastic sensitive elements on the sensor performance,a high-elastic alloy 3J21 material is selected.In order to ensure the accuracy of assembly,it is necessary to precisely control the grating installation state and the interlaced angle,a special grating angle adjustment platform is developed.In order to obtain the human-computer interaction and control of the bearing friction torque measurement system,a software interactive system with the raspberry pi and the touch screen as the carrier is built,and a data acquisition control circuit is designed.Data transmission is applied for the serial communication of instructions,realizing the functions of motor drive control,sensor zero adjustment,torque and rotation angle information acquisition.By designing the human-computer interface and writing control programs,the custom setting of the test process,the display of torque-rotation curve,and the export of test reports functions are realized,improving the overall automation level of the system.Based on the static test method,the grating subdivision torque sensor is calibrated.Through the analysis of static characteristics,the measurement accuracy of the grating subdivision torque sensor meets ±0.5% F.S..The integration of the bearing friction torque measurement system is completed.Based on the no-load,load and working stability test experiments,the system characteristics are studied and the system error is analyzed.It can be seen from the test results that the accuracy of the bearing friction torque measurement system meets the design requirement of ±1% F.S..Finally,the starting torque and rotational torque of the bearing are measured on the bearing friction torque measurement system to evaluate the bearing properties and quality.
