Transmission line operation and maintenance management is an important guarantee to ensure the normal operation of transmission lines.At present,transmission line operation and maintenance management is still carried out according to the mode of manual regular inspections,with low inspection efficiency and poor inspection quality.However,as the scale of Tianjin power grid continues to increase,and the length of transmission lines has increased year by year,transmission line operation and maintenance management has not kept up with the pace of development,and there is an urgent need to improve the level of transmission line operation and maintenance management to adapt to the development of transmission lines.This article takes the Transmission and Transportation Inspection Company of State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company as an example.First,it introduces its basic situation and the current status of transmission line operation and maintenance management,and then analyzes the problems in transmission operation and maintenance management,including the gradual risk of transmission equipment Increased height,insufficient and wasted operation and maintenance resources,unclear inspection targets,etc.According to various problems in transmission line operation and maintenance management,this paper applies the relevant theories of equipment inspection system management,performance evaluation management,and business process reorganization to the design of the transmission line operation and maintenance management improvement plan,and implements the transmission line control level Under the premise of implementing the responsibility system of the equipment owner,a spot inspection system and a grid operation and maintenance plan were proposed,the operation and maintenance management process was improved,related safeguard measures were discussed,and the design of the transmission line operation and maintenance management improvement plan was completed.In the transmission line operation and maintenance work in 2021,the plan was fully implemented and achieved certain results.This article completes the verification of the effectiveness of this program through an example of inspection and hidden danger treatment.This plan clarifies the inspection objectives,improves the inspection quality,and mobilizes the enthusiasm of the inspectors to a certain extent.The research and practical work in this article has important reference significance for the improvement of the management level of transmission line operation and maintenance.
