| 500kV HEV transmission lines have become the primary electric grid in regional power network and plays an important role in safekeeping the security of electric network. In order to give a professional administration over the HEV trasmission lines, regional power grid companies have established HEV companies(Beureau) at present. With the progress of nearly30years, it still shows some problems which cover these aspects such as organization structure, HR management, spare parts management and performance examination in the management system of operation&maintenance of HEV trasmission line.It pays attention to present problems of operation&maintenance system of HEV trasmission lines in this article and gives an way to improve the situation. With the help of theories of organization design and industrial engeneering, the article analyses and studies aspects of organizaion structure, maintenance process, spare parts management, performance examination. First, it takes Brazil and France as examples to present overseas situation and problems of HEV trasmission lines operation&maintenance system through comprehensive collection and field investigation. Second, combining the experiences and problems of the author runs into during working in Beijing HEV Company, it studies the causes leading to the problems and analyses inside and outside environments in purposes of designing the operation&maintenance management system applying to Beijing HEV Company. At the end of the article, it presents guarantee measures of the application of the management system. |
