Active Flow Control technology is a means to control the mainstream by introducing auxiliary energy.Active flow control technology can better adapt to changing working conditions by adjusting its own parameters,so as to obtain better control effect.The general control method is to add appropriate disturbance factors into the flow environment,such as continuous blowing(transverse jet),blowing/suction(synthetic jet),plasma and surface movement,It is used as a carrier to input energy into the mainstream.When the aircraft is flying at low speed,the lift received by the body is mainly provided by the wing,and the roll torque of the body is mainly determined by the lift of the wing.By changing the deflection angle of the wing control surface,the lift generated by the wing changes.The greater the change amplitude of the wing lift,the higher the control efficiency of the wing control surface.When the flight height increases,the control efficiency of the wing control surface will show a downward trend,In order to improve the control efficiency of the wing control surface,in this study,active flow control measures based on synthetic jet are used,and the corresponding parameters and combination modes of synthetic jet are changed.The influence of synthetic jet on the wing steering efficiency is studied by numerical simulation.This study provides a reference and theoretical basis for aircraft aerodynamic technology,synthetic jet to enhance steering efficiency and other aspects,and improves the ability of synthetic jet to enhance steering efficiency in practical applications.1.Firstly,the working mechanism of synthetic jet on the upper surface of the rudder surface is clarified,and the corresponding watershed model is established.The numerical simulation results are compared with the previous experimental results,which verifies the accuracy of the numerical method and the use of SST k-ω Accuracy of turbulence model.2.Secondly,this paper studies the situation of using a single synthetic jet actuator.By changing the maximum outlet velocity and excitation frequency of the corresponding synthetic jet actuator,it analyzes the influence of these two parameters on the synthetic jet’s enhanced steering efficiency under different working conditions.By using synthetic jet actuators with different parameters at different control surface deflection angles,the control efficiency of wing control surface can be improved by at least 20%.3.Finally,this paper studies how to use the combination of two synthetic jet actuators to enhance the rudder effect.By adjusting the phase difference of the composite jet combination and the interval between the two actuator outlets,while enhancing the rudder effect,it reduces the fluctuation amplitude of the wing lift coefficient curve with time to achieve a more stable enhancement effect.By adjusting the combination of the two actuators,the fluctuation of the wing lift coefficient can be reduced by at least 10%,and the control efficiency of the control surface can be increased by more than 20%.
