With the continuous development of science and technology in our country, the trend of chip localization has been unstoppable. But in the field of vehicle, the vast majority of processor solutions are still monopolized by foreign countries.Although the performance and stability of domestic processors are still far behind those of foreign countries,it is always an important step to be familiar with and use our own processors. This paper investigates the main functions of the current mainstream vehicle central control system, with the domestic Loongson 2K1000 processor as the core, try to select the domestic chip as the premise,to design the hardware circuit of the main vehicle central control system. In the schematic design, the minimum system is described first, including the power supply, clock, reset start and storage of the system. Then the peripheral interface function is designed in detail. The system can be displayed on an HDMI screen。Support a variety of internet needs, including 4G,WIFI and Ethernet.Support the use of headphones, leaving USB interface and M2 B KEY seat support common peripherals.Support navigation and positioning, and CAN bus interface for communication. For stability, lightning surge protection is added to the power input and static protection is added to the regular plug-in USB interface. In PCB design, the principles of basic layering, layout, and routing are listed.Because many high-speed signal lines are involved,in order to ensure the design rigor, the signal integrity and power integrity problems that may be encountered and the solutions are proposed and verified by ADS software. At last, the welding and debugging of the board is finished, which proves the function of the board and the effectiveness of EMC protection. The results of function debugging and EMC test show that the design basically realizes the goal of function and EMC protection. This design strengthens the understanding of the domestic Loongson processor design ideas, similar to the principle of design,PCB optimization and EMC protection also have some reference. |
