| Intelligent wearable devices in the healthcare industry are the result of a combination of medical knowledge, sensor technology, wireless communication technology, and new materials, and can be widely applied in patient monitoring,long-term monitoring of chronic diseases, and care for people with disabilities. It has been a hot topic in modern scientific research both domestically and abroad. With the current "three-child" policy and the trend of delayed marriage, the number of older pregnant women is increasing, and the risk of postpartum diseases is also increasing.Postpartum depression is a common psychological disorder that can have a serious impact on postpartum women, infants, and families.Currently,in the field of intelligent wearable devices, the focus of chronic disease monitoring and management is mainly on physiological aspects such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and hypertension, while monitoring of mental and psychological disorders is still in the exploration stage. The existing conventional screening methods cannot detect problems in the early stages of the disease,so a graded monitoring method is needed to better prevent and manage postpartum depression. This study establishes a correlation between sleep and postpartum depression, and proposes a new monitoring method from the perspective of intelligent wearable products, based on the real-life situations of postpartum women. The specific process is as follows:(1)Understanding the market gap and possibility of PPD monitoring through in-depth understanding of psychological health monitoring intelligent wearable products and monitoring technology;(2)Further determining the nighttime sleep and activity status of postpartum women,as well as the requirements for the functionality, use, and comfort of intelligent wearable products through questionnaire surveys and analysis;(3)Collecting literature and sorting out normal nighttime sleep data within one year after delivery for postpartum women and poor sleep data indicating the risk of depression, providing a guide for establishing graded monitoring;(4)Starting from wearable monitoring technology, using changes in blood glucose concentration as a threshold indicator to quantify sleep data;(5)Starting from wear comfort, innovatively designing the pressure area, fabric selection, style structure, etc.of the intelligent wristband combined with postpartum women’s common tenosynovitis of the radial styloid process. The innovation of this study lies in establishing a correlation with PPD from the perspective of sleep and proposing a quantitative graded monitoring method, providing new ideas for the design of intelligent wearable products. |
