Networked ammunition is a new type of ammunition which realizes distributed cooperative attack through network communication between ammunition nodes on the basis of small smart ammunition.Networked ammunition has the characteristics of long cruising time,various combat conditions and complex electromagnetic environment,which puts forward new requirements for the function of fuze.Therefore,in the actual combat process,the communication function and information security requirements of networked ammunition fuze are also very high.At present,there are related researches on networked ammunition and military communication anti-jamming at home and abroad,but little attention has been paid to the improvement of information transmission reliability of networked ammunition.Networked ammunition is the key development direction of smart ammunition.as an important guarantee of information warfare,communication security is of great significance to the research on reliable information transmission based on networked ammunition fuze communication interface.First of all,combined with the networked ammunition combat process,the function of the fuze is analyzed,and then the networked ammunition safety control module is designed.On this basis,the communication requirements of the networked ammunition fuze are designed,combined with the state transition details of the networked ammunition fuze and the specific combat flow to sort out the information contained in the whole process of the operation.the information contained in the whole combat process mainly includes local data and inter-node data.The communication module of networked ammunition fuze is established,which integrates local communication and wireless communication.Starting from the basic principle of communication data transmission,this paper introduces the basic principle and mode of data transmission and evaluates its performance,in which real-time and fault tolerance are the main design elements to improve the reliability of communication in this paper.according to the communication characteristics,this paper designs the local data and data information transmission between nodes with real-time and fault tolerance as the first design elements.It also introduces the methods to improve the reliability of communication from the network layer and data layer,which provides the basis for the design of improving the reliability of information transmission.For the local data information transmission and communication scheme,the RS-422 serial communication mode is selected,and the high-level communication protocol and hardware are designed.Considering the low interference probability of local data,real-time should be taken as the first design element in the design of reliability improvement method,Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)should be introduced,and the coding type of networked ammunition information transmission should be quantitatively selected.Hamming code is determined as the communication coding form between networked ammunition nodes,and the reliability of local data information transmission is improved on the premise of ensuring105 clks high real-time and rapid verification.For the communication scheme of data information transmission between nodes,the data information transmission network between nodes is constructed by selecting Chinese network topology and Wi-Fi technology.Considering the large amount of information transmission and the high probability of interference caused by the complexity of combat links,fault tolerance is the first consideration in the design,a data check and error correction algorithm is designed to improve the reliability of data information transmission between nodes on the premise of ensuring the high fault tolerance of 99.712% data.Finally,through the construction of the test platform and the mounted cruise simulation test,it is verified that the information transmission reliability of the local data and inter-node data design algorithm is improved.The research results of this paper provide some technical reference and theoretical support for the communication design of networked ammunition fuze.Networked ammunition is a new type of ammunition which realizes distributed cooperative attack through network communication between ammunition nodes on the basis of small smart ammunition.
