Modern warfare is a local war with high technology, which is mainly based on information warfare. All kinds of precision guided weapon has become the first choice of modern war. Precision guided weapons, due to the development and production of high cost, high value ammunition. As the terminal of the weapon system, it is the core of the weapon system to achieve the target damage. In order to realize the information connection between the fuze and the ammunition, the high value ammunition mostly uses the electromechanical fuze.In order to achieve high accuracy, high damage performance, high reliability requirements of high value ammunition and electronic fuze. In the process of development of mechanical and electrical fuze, the cost of the test platform and test system is very expensive, so the sample size of the test sample is small, and it can't meet the requirement of reliability index. At present, in the development of high value ammunition, the evaluation of the reliability of the mechanical and electrical fuze in the process of the reliability evaluation is not enough, and there is no more specific and more detailed assessment case.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) by means of reading, learning, and learning about the reference literature, the evaluation of the reliability of the unit level products and systems and products is classified and sorted.(2) the structure and function of a typical missile fuze are briefly introduced, and the reliability evaluation model is set up.(3) the classification, common model and reliability model of the reliability model are described, and the reliability model is cho sen as the classification model of the reliability evaluation. With the combination of the components and functions of the fuze, the reliability modeling method of the series model and parallel model is presented, and the reliability model of fuze system is given.(4) the collection and processing of the experimental data, and then calculate the reliability of fuze system, subsystem, component and component according to the reliability mathematics model.Based on the structure and function of the electro mechanical fuze of a high value ammunition, the reliability model is established, and the reliability model is established. The mathematical model is established, and the data are collected and processed. This reliability evaluation method is very practica l in engineering application, and can be used as a template for the reliability evaluation of similar fuze.
