The closed pump control cylinder system represented by electro-hydrostatic actuator is an electro-hydraulic servo system with small volume,high power density and light weight.With the rapid development of aviation industry,automobile,power generation and other industries,higher requirements are put forward for the widely used closed pump control system in control accuracy and response speed.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a set of closed pump controlled symmetrical hydraulic cylinder test bench for relevant scientific research work.The following research work has been carried out in the development and high-performance control of the closed pump controlled position servo system test bench:(1)Carry out the overall scheme design of the test bench.The functional requirements of the test bench are introduced,and the overall design scheme of the test bench,the composition of the closed pump-controlled electro-hydraulic servo system of the test bench and the working principle of the electronic control system of the test bench are determined based on this,and the hardware architecture of the controller is given.(2)Carry out the design of the hydraulic system of the test bench.Referring to the control circuit principle of the electro-hydrostatic actuator,combined with the design specifications,the hydraulic schematic diagram of the closed pump control system is designed,and the design details and characteristics are explained;for the main components of the closed pump control hydraulic system,combined with the test bench pump control system technology According to the indicators,the selection basis and the results of design calculation and simulation are given;under the principle of meeting the functional requirements of the system,the system components are selected and purchased based on various factors.(3)Design the electronic control system of the test bench.Sort out the input and output signals of the system,and design the signal conditioning box and conditioning circuit board;for the core of the electronic control system of the test bench,the industrial computer,select the board card,design the controller software of the measurement and control system,and describe the work flow and control of the measurement and control system ideas.(4)Test bench performance and conduct experimental studies.Introduce the construction results of the closed pump control test bench;conduct performance tests on the completed test bench,including: step signal test and sinusoidal signal test,in order to explore the dynamic and static characteristics of the pump control system;establish a closed pump control system Nonlinear model and co-simulation: establish mathematical models of double-acting hydraulic cylinder,radial piston hydraulic pump and permanent magnet synchronous servo motor respectively,and give the state equation of the closed pump control system,and design selfadjustment based on the state equation Integral robust controller and co-simulation are carried out.The designed control algorithm is experimentally studied.The experimental results show that the self-adjusting integral robust control strategy can improve the tracking accuracy,dynamic response and anti-interference ability of the system.
