Automobile's vibration is one of the most important attributes which affects the automobile performance. This vibration not only affect smooth and operation stability performance of the automobile, but also badly impact the riding speed, as well as the fatigue life of automotive components. Therefore it is a great significance duty to research vehicles vibration and reduce the vibration as far as possible. The research to the automobile vibration isolation is an efficient path to enhance the automobile vibration isolation performance. The electro-hydraulic test bench for automotive damper is just the effective installment for researching and analyzing automobile suspension system and other vibration isolation devices . The electro-hydraulic test bench can simulate all kinds of vibration situation of the road, test the performance of suspension damper and vibration isolation device, then carry on the analysis appraisal to the characteristic, provides the powerful basis for the optimization design of automobile vibration isolation device.This main purpose of this thesis is developing a set of measure and control software for the existing automobile electro-hydraulic test bench. The measure and control system adopts microcomputer as the main control machine. Comparing feedback signals with ideal signal to realize the closed-loop control and adjust vibration of test bench, which can make the bench coordination work. The USB2088 data acquisition card, PCI2301-DA card and each kind of sensors that needed have been adopted as the hardware of the system in this project. Visual C++ multi-thread technology is used in the computer control and the data acquisition processing, under the Windows environment. The control system enables to provide many kinds of action signal for the experiment, and the mobility performance of output relative to input is better. On this test bench can do many type damper and vibration isolation device performance test. More than that, the procedure of data analysis and suspension system identification module is written by using the function formidable MATLAB software and its system identification toolbox. It comes to process the tentative data Analysis system can analyze the test date on time domain and frequency domain, the analysis results express in the form of graphs, which are very intuitive. Then carry on identification and simulation for the system model, which is better for understanding of the characteristics of vibration isolation system. The development of measure and controls and analyzes system displays the respective characteristic of Visual C++ and the MATLAB, which enables this test bench have more perfect performance test and analysis function for vibration isolation device.
